Due to numerous applicants requesting forms and not completing, or going through the process then resigning after membership approval, we are no longer able to offer printed application forms.
This is an effort on “our” part to help protect our environment and reduce some of our expenses. However; the packet is required to be in paper form by the city until an electronic form is available.
If you wish to apply, please print and mail this form to our PO Box (included on the application) or bring to any DSAR meeting typically the first Tuesday of each month, but please reach out to any officer and we can keep you informed of the location and time.
